Smoked Chicken This recipe is super easy and doesn't require much work at all. Just mix your spices together and away you go! If you want to make it even easier then buy a pre-made rub from Bunnings or any BBQ supply shop. The end result is chicken that you can pull apart with your hands and this recipe will leave you wanting to use your smoker every weekend! Just make sure you pace yourself as you can get quite thirsty manning the smoker and extended use may lead to intoxication. I use the master-built electric smoker for this recipe. Electric smoking takes the strain and additional effort required to maintain the traditional charcoal smoker. Also smaller and compact I can still fit roughly the same amount of meat in the electric as I can the charcoal. The only downside I have had using the electric smoker is that the woodchips need to be replenished quite often even with pre-soaked chips. Ingredients For 1 Chicken: 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika 1 Tablespoon garlic powder 1 Teaspoon onion powder 1 Teaspoon oregano 1/2 Teaspoon Chipotle powder 1/2 Teaspoon cayenne powder ( adjust to your level of spice) 1 1/2 Teaspoons raw sugar Pinch of salt & pepper Method:
